Immediate Hiring for Office Administrator!
We're urgently seeking a skilled Office Administrator to support one of our secondary schools in Maghull. The ideal candidate will have prior experience using SIMS (School Information Management System) and a background working in a secondary school environment.
Location: Maghull, Liverpool.
Pay: GBP14-15/ hour, based on experience.
If you have experience as a school receptionist or have worked in school finance, admissions, exams, or general administration, we'd love to speak with you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administer student records using SIMS software.
2. Manage attendance, timetables, and reporting.
3. Provide general administrative support to staff and students.
4. Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence.
5. Assist with scheduling meetings, events, and appointments.
6. Support with data entry and maintain accurate school records.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Legal Right to Work in the UK: You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
2. Enhanced Child DBS: You must have an Enhanced Child DBS check or be willing to undertake one (we can help with this).
3. Prior experience using SIMS in an educational environment.
