What is the Residential Qualification Programme?
The Howells Residential Conveyancing Qualification Programme offers ambitious and talented people with the opportunity to join a programme that provides a clear and supportive route to qualification. With a mixture of financial and developmental support, our programme is designed to support the success of our future Residential Conveyancers. Our programme consists of two pathways, where candidates will either embark on the graduate or non-graduate route.
Who can apply for the programme?
Whether you’re a graduate or someone with little to no qualifications, we’re looking for resilient and client-focused individuals to join our programme.
Who is eligible to apply for the CLC pathway?
Candidates will need to have completed and passed their CLC Level 4 Diploma OR an equivalent qualification.
Who is eligible to apply for the SQE pathway?
To apply for the SQE pathway, you must have already completed and passed your SQE1 exams (FK1 + FK2).
What should I expect during the programme?
* A structured 12-24 month programme, during which you will develop skills and experience which will position you to qualify as a Residential Conveyancer.
* Professional qualification support, including paid study leave and exam days, discounted study fees, and flexibility around working hours.
* Prospect of qualifying and becoming a Residential Conveyancer at Howells.
