This is truly an exciting time to join us on our journey. We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to join our scaling architecture practice. The practice is built on the belief that architecture should be business driven and purposeful. You'll be joining a collaborative team, co-creating tools, supporting each other, providing governance, and building a community. This role can be completed in a hybrid way, spending 2 days a week in our Solihull, Dudley, or London offices, or with our UK based clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework for our clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and objectives. Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design and implement IT strategies, roadmaps, and architectures that support clients' visions and objectives. Develop and Implement Jumar's discovery framework to systematically assess the current state of the client's IT estate and prioritisation of initiatives. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance clients' enterprise architectures. Ensure the integration of various systems and applications within clients' enterprise architectures. Provide guidance and support to client project teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of clients' enterprise architectures to identify areas for improvement. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure clients remain competitive. Skills & Experience Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role within an IT consultancy. Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, the SLDC, and systems integration. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with cloud computing, data management, and cybersecurity. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple client projects simultaneously. Excellent senior (CxO level) stakeholder management skills Presales and business development experience.
