Planning and Performance Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Manage planning, forecasting, and reporting between Finance and the business, working closely with business partners and financial control teams.
* Liaise with finance subject matter experts on treasury, capital planning, tax, and risk matters.

* Drive changes to the operating model to ensure the business is at the forefront of finance demands.
Requirements
* CA, ACA, CIMA, MBA qualification or equivalent.
* Financial services and business partnering experience.
* High level of commercial decision making and negotiation skills.
* Ability to operate within a matrix structure organisation.
