First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Purchasing and Supplies Technician on behalf of one of our clients.
The role will provide support to the Purchasing & Supplies function through delivering supplies, working in stores, supporting health & safety, fleet management and waste collections.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Obtain quotes for goods and services.
2. Raise purchase orders from requisitions.
3. Maintain levels of stock in the stores.
4. Support the Purchasing and Supplies Coordinator in their day-to-day activities.
5. Provide a stores counter service.
6. Manage the provision of PPE.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be customer-facing, computer literate, and have the ability to work within a larger team to achieve service goals.
2. Experience of working in a trade, purchasing, stores, or building retail environment is essential.
3. Own transport would be advantageous due to the location of the role.
