About the Role:
The HR Associate supports and enhances our human resources operations. He/she is responsible for administering and managing employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will contribute to fostering a productive and supportive workplace culture through efficient HR practices and a commitment to employee wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
HRMS D365 & Employee Data Management
* Manage employee records, including new hires, job titles, reporting lines, and terminations.
* Maintain public holiday data across multiple countries.
* Generate reports and assist with management requests.
* Serve as the first point of contact for HRMS system issues and troubleshooting.
SharePoint Administration
* Update and maintain HR and employee records in LVS and HR Europe SharePoint.
* Manage hire/termination tickets and job title updates for training purposes.
Employee & HR Support
* Be the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring confidentiality.
* Advise on HR-related concerns and escalate when necessary.
* Liaise with local HR teams in Italy and France.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
* Ensure payroll accuracy in coordination with Finance and outsourced providers (ADP, Studio TDL).
* Handle payroll queries, compliance, and reporting.
* Manage pension and insurance schemes, including reconciliations and annual reviews.
* Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including pay reviews and bonuses.
UK-Specific HR & Compliance
* Administer pensions, insurance, and other benefits for UK employees.
* Support employment law compliance via Croner.
HR Reporting & Quality Control
* Provide headcount and KPI data.
* Assist in the PMD process and documentation.
* Maintain HR policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 3-7 years of HR experience with a strong understanding of HR processes.
* Proficiency in MS Office & HR databases, with strong Excel skills.
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to engage with employees and stakeholders.
* Strong organizational & time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
* Fluent English required; additional language skills are a plus.
