Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue and acquiring new clients for Xpress Print Solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
4. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
6. Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings to promote Xpress Print Solutions.
7. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
8. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Salesperson, preferably in the print or signage industry.
2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
6. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
7. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Education:
1. GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
1. Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
2. Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
