Dean Close Little Trees Nursery St Arvans, Chepstow is looking to recruit a qualified cook to join our friendly team. You will either have experience of cooking for large groups of people or have gained a qualification in catering. Duties will include: Organise, cook and prepare a healthy balanced snacks, midday hot lunch & afternoon tea for children aged 3 months -5 years To hold a Food Hygiene Level 2 Ordering of all food provisions Keep accurate records of supplies and order replacements as needed within the nursery budget requirements. Keep the kitchen a clean and safe environment for the children in our care To maintain a high standard of cleanliness and food hygiene Take responsibility to make sure all allergen and dietary requirements are catered for and clearly communicated to teams.
