Our client is a luxury hot tub distributor that has seen incredible growth over recent years. To ensure excellent customer service whilst continuing to grow, our client is looking for a great Telesales Executive / After Sales Advisor to maintain contact with previous customers and book engineer service visits to ensure the best experience possible.

Role Overview:
As an After Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for calling current clients to check on the product as well as working to get services for the hot tubs booked in. When selling services for the hot tubs, items such as chemicals and filters Commission will be earned on each service that is booked.
Key Responsibilities:
* Outbound calls to existing customers.
* Organise hot tub services
* Deliver excellent customer service, including product knowledge, practical advice, empathy and patience
* Manage workload efficiently in a busy environment.
* Conduct outbound calls to gain online reviews and promote servicing of hot tubs.
* Perform any other duties as directed by the company, applicable to your skills and experience.
Skills and Experience:
* Excellent computer skills to enter data and maintain company CRM
* Confident phone manner
* Proven experience in resolving customer queries and demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work on your own initiative while being an effective team player.
* Capacity to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
* Meticulous attention to detail
