We have a new opportunity to be part of our HR team in the role of Health and Safety Training Coordinator.
As a Health and Safety Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing mandatory and role-essential training, ensuring compliance with national statutory and organizational training requirements. You will play a key role in maintaining and updating training matrices while ensuring effective reporting structures that drive action and demonstrate compliance.
You will be responsible for:
1. Maintaining and updating training matrices and electronic records within the Learning Management System (LMS).
2. Tracking training completion across the business, including SOPs and technical procedures within the factory.
3. Ensuring reporting structures are in place, tracking key training KPIs such as completion rates, training hours, and no-shows, and escalating issues where non-compliance is identified.
4. Providing weekly and monthly reports on training progress and future requirements for departmental heads.
5. Delivering site inductions for all new starters, including both face-to-face and online elements, managing paperwork, passes, and system login details.
6. Supporting the delivery of induction refreshers and ongoing training modules.
