You will be providing full Legal Secretary support to the private client team. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to solicitors in the Private Client department. Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings. Handle client communications and maintain accurate client records. Assist in the preparation of wills, trusts, and probate applications. Conduct legal research and compile relevant information. Ensure adherence to legal procedures and maintain confidentiality. Coordinate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals. Requirements: Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a Private Client department. Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
