This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate learning and development professional to drive and shape the company’s training strategy, ensuring employees reach their full potential. This role is a 12-18 month FTC.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with business goals.
* Design and deliver engaging training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
* Identify learning needs through consultation with key stakeholders.
* Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
* Oversee the development of e-learning and digital training solutions.
* Support leadership development and succession planning.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in an L&D Manager or similar role.
* Strong understanding of learning methodologies and training delivery.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to business needs.
