As a Customer Service and Growth Leader, you will be driven by a passion for acquiring new clients and maximising revenue from existing ones. Using your sales expertise, you will generate new business, lead strategic sales campaigns, and capitalise on every business development opportunity.
Leadership:
1. Lead and manage a team of business development professionals.
2. Design and plan business development activities to achieve company growth objectives.
3. Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
6. Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management.
7. Conduct regular 1-2-1 meetings with team members, and provide coaching and feedback.
Sales:
1. Directly engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
2. Identify opportunities for growth within your portfolio.
3. Participate and lead sales drives identified by the marketing and leadership team.
4. Achieve sales targets.
5. Up- and cross-sell across our full range of services.
6. Communicate effectively and efficiently with your colleagues.
Administration:
1. Process training and consultancy bookings on our internal booking system.
2. Generate complex service proposals, consulting with internal experts as and when required.
3. Provide training reports for clients.
4. Produce training matrix for clients.
5. Monitor and follow GDPR requirements regarding record keeping and confidentiality.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Proven experience in leading a sales and customer service team.
2. The confidence to work professionally with senior decision makers, establishing a level of trust from the start.
3. The ability to self-manage a demanding workload whilst remaining focused on the task in hand.
4. The ability to act as an effective team player with drive, energy and passion to motivate self and fellow team members.
5. Proven experience in an administration role, competent in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
6. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - and attention to detail.
7. General ability to understand the bigger impact on the business and identify opportunities for growth, innovation and improvement.
