Homecare Solutions Ltd is a domiciliary home care agency that provides care for the elderly in their homes.
We have a team of domiciliary care assistants/support workers working within ECCLES M30, WEAST & WORSLEY.

Have you used CARE PLANNER SYSTEM before?
We are looking for an experienced coordinator/care admin support staff with extensive knowledge and experience working in a domiciliary care office setting.
You must have knowledge in all principles of caregiving, care policies, safeguarding procedures, and appointment/rota setting to support management.
Desired Candidate:
* Previous experience as a care coordinator
* Previous experience working in a busy care agency office
* Knowledge of CARE PLANNER SYSTEM and rota setting
* Possess care certificates or NVQ Level 2
* Have a driving licence and car ready for work
* Excellent customer service and exceptional standards of care
Role Duties:
* Work alongside Registered Care Manager, Quality Manager, and Team Leaders to provide a well-run care service.
* Perform new client assessments for clients joining our service.
* Create electronic files and profiles for them on our CARE PLANNER system.
* Assist in maintaining, amending, and planning the staff rotas.
* Liaise with staff, social workers, family members, and document conversations where necessary.
* Assist in the investigation and resolution of any client issues.
* Participate in team meetings, staff reviews, client reviews, and document discussions on such issues.
* Assist with incoming phone calls when on duty.
* Perform spot checks and staff supervision.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 35 per week
