IF YOU ARE:
1. Min 3 years experienced in Pub/Bar/Restaurant management.
2. Passionate for hospitality.
3. Proactive in driving a business, organised and problem-solver.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
1. Monitor bar sales and maintain a proper inventory of stock.
2. Manage day-to-day activities of staff.
3. Inspect products and make sure they are in good quality.
4. Manage front of house.
WHAT YOU WILL GET:
1. 48 hours per week.
2. Salary up to £35,000 – £42,000 annually, depending on experience.
3. Working in a friendly environment.
