About the job
1. A Warehouse Coordinator will ensure all orders are processed accurately within agreed parameters
2. You will receive documents, handle eventual complaints and different types of inquiries related to distribution and customer service
3. Co-ordinate with distribution and production, etc. to ensure timely order delivery from warehouse
4. Handle ad hoc Engineering requests and Engineering control cover
5. Inform manager of any issues as they arise within timely manner.
6. Work as an integral member of the team sharing both information and workload, and remain flexible with regards to tasks done on a daily basis.
Who are you?
7. A motivated team player, who can work on their own initiative
8. Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service environment or within the shipping industry
9. General Competencies: English and IT skills on a high level.
10. Strong organisational skills and communication skills as you will deal with multiple suppliers and customer service teams
11. SAP knowledge would be beneficial but not essential
