Technical & Systems Project Manager - Salesforce | 6 month FTC
We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues by understanding fans best. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike, and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, delivering work for sports and entertainment businesses worldwide.
Having made several significant acquisitions in the last two years, we are now streamlining and consolidating systems across the globe. Our integration team would like to hire a Technical & Systems Project Manager to support this effort. This 6-month contract will support two main project streams: one for the consolidation of our Salesforce platforms and another for the general consolidation of technical architecture, apps, and technical supplier contracts.
We are seeking an individual with considerable IT project management experience, including exposure to Salesforce integration and implementation.
Responsibilities:
* Detailed creation of project plans for the build, test, and roll-out phases
* Programme delivery orchestrating each work stream in execution
* Management of all stakeholders to deliver the plan
* Support onboarding of any other resources and stakeholders
* Address any issues, risks, or blockers
Requirements:
* Experienced in working with a Salesforce developer/engineer
* Track record in delivering on systems and apps consolidation, ideally in a post-acquisition environment
* First-rate stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills
* Proven ability to secure alignment from complex senior stakeholder groups
* Ideally some experience working with external procurement providers and negotiating large supplier contracts to consolidate agreements yielding cost savings
