About us:
Allwyn UK is part of Allwyn Entertainment Group – a multi-national lottery operator with a market-leading presence in Austria, the Czech Republic, Greece, Cyprus, and Italy. In 2022, Allwyn was selected in a government tender as the Licensee to operate the UK’s National Lottery from February 2024.

Role Purpose:
As our Workplace Host, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the workplace environment. You will be responsible for running the main reception, meeting and greeting visitors, running various administrative tasks and providing support to colleagues and management, as well as being the ambassador for Workplace Experience. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the organisation.
Role Responsibilities:
* Greet and Welcome Visitors: Warmly greet all visitors and employees, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Visitor Management: Verify visitor identification, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
* Customer Service: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the company and its services.
* Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, handling mail and packages, and support the Workplace Operations processes and activities as appropriate.
* Facility Coordination: Coordinate with facility management for maintenance issues and support the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms.
* Meeting Room Management: Oversee the booking and preparation of meeting rooms, ensuring they are set up with necessary equipment and supplies.
* Hospitality Services: Arrange and provide refreshments and catering for meetings and events as needed.
* Safety and Security: Monitor the reception area for any security concerns and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Event Support: Assist with the organization and execution of company events and functions.

● Strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Skills and Experience:
● Experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential.
● A customer-centric attitude to ensure all internal staff and visitors have a positive experience in the work environment.
● Adaptability and flexibility to manage and take care of a wide range of tasks, as well as a positive attitude and self-motivation to improve the way in which things are done.
● Strong communication skills to work with a wide range of individuals.
● Knowledge of Microsoft and Google Systems.
● Previous switchboard/reception experience advantageous.
