What will you be doing?
You will lead and manage the day-to-day operational requirements of our Funeral business and our teams in ensuring continued financial improvement and exemplary standards of care through highly motivated and engaged teams in allocated Funeral branches.
You will ensure we deliver an industry-leading Funeral service and deliver profitable market share growth by advocating a culture of value, choice, and care. You will be active in the development of all available channels to increase our commercial performance.
Please note as of 1st December 2023, new joiners to our Funeral Business will be subject to a standard DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. All offers will be conditional on us receiving a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
How will I know if I am right for this role?
You’ll have a real passion for leading and developing operational teams and driving excellent service to our clients. You require planning and organising skills to ensure effective multi-site management and be great at communicating and engaging teams.
