Job Description
* Manage and maintain HR information systems
* Generate accurate reports for management
* Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR
* Participate in HRIS upgrades and implementations
* Provide HRIS training and support to HR and payroll teams
* Liaise with IT department on system issues and improvements
* Contribute to HR projects and initiatives
* Stay updated on HRIS trends and best practices in the property industry
The Successful Applicant
A successful HRIS should have:
* A degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
* Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
* Solid understanding of HR processes and data
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to handle confidential information
* Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant legislations
