Terranoha (https://www.terranoha.com) is a Fintech pioneering the innovation in the trading area (Financial Markets, Commodities, Wholesale…) by automating transactions that are currently processed manually. Using Artificial Intelligence (IA) and Machine Learning (ML) Terranoha collects any request for quotes/transactions coming through various formatted or “non formatted” channels (WhatsApp, Signal, Mail, Refinitiv, Microsoft Teams, xls, …) and convert them into real transactions/requests that are processed within the client ecosystem (Pricing engine, Booking systems, Back-Office System …). Offloading manual entries, double entries, ... Terranoha enables trading firms to drastically improve their P&L by reducing error risk and financial risk, while providing an enhanced user experience.
Terranoha has been pretty successful in the UK over the last years, winning significant clients in London. Terranoha is looking at accelerating business in that region.
The Job
Working from home in Lodon or nearby you will be a member of Terranoha sales team reporting into Terranoha CRO. You will carry a sales quota and be responsible for developing Terranoha business in UK.
Your duties will consist of:
* Understanding of the overall TerraNoha value proposition and target addressable market
* Develop relationships with existing UK based clients in order upselle within those accounts.
* Developping a pipeline of new opportunities:
-by relying on a team inside sales generating leads for you
-by prospecting on your own
-by attending industry events
* You will also inherit a pipe of existing opportunities for you to nurture, develop and sign
* Engage with prospects at various level (business stakeholders, C-Suite, IT, …) to progress those opportunities.
* Development of relationships with decision-influencing, senior executives within prospect organisations.
* Work closely with the pre-sales team to coordinate product demonstrations and workshops with prospect.
* Establish commercial proposals
* Engage with prospects for negotation and bring contracts to signature
* You will have to maintain at all time your pipe accurate within Terranoha CRM and reporting system (opportunities, amounts, sales stage, contacts, closing date…)
* You will be assigned a quota of new business to achieve that will constitute you on target earnings

* As a growing company, TerraNoha will have to rapidly structure a sales team in multiple countries.

Requested skills
* 3-5 years experience in sales either to the Financial or to the Commodities trading indutry with an existing business network in that sapce.
* Ability to pick-up your phone for cold calling
* English native speaker
* Never give-up attitude, “own it, fix it” mindset
* Autonomy in organizing your own work
* Work in an international environment, willingness to travel
* Working in a remote environment dealing with persons/teams not sitting in the same office as yours
