and What You'll Be Doing
We have a cloud-first, Microsoft-first technology strategy (Dynamics, Power Platform, M365, Azure infrastructure and integration services, .Net). Our Solutions Architects are aligned to specific domains of responsibility and lead in developing architectures that align solutions with both business and enterprise architecture needs.
This role is part of our End-to-End Client Journey portfolio, which involves a multi-year transformation of the application services supporting our business operations. As part of this, we are undertaking a Finance Transformation programme to upgrade our Practice Management system, a central component of our business. A solutions architect with a strong background in business systems and integration would be well-suited for this role.
We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect with extensive knowledge of business system transformation and sustainable integration with the wider enterprise to ensure efficient and compliant business processes and management information outputs. The candidate should be proactive in identifying opportunities and risks within a dynamic project environment, balancing business outcomes and strategic alignment as needed.

About You
1. Excellent skills and experience in stakeholder management (technical and non-technical), multi-vendor supplier engagement, and technology leadership
2. In-depth knowledge of integration patterns in a cloud environment, with Azure Integration Services knowledge advantageous as this is basis of our in-house developed integration platform
3. Demonstrable experience of legacy transformation towards SaaS and public cloud led target architectures
4. Microsoft Azure Certifications, TOGAF 9 or higher, ITIL 3 or higher, agile experience are advantageous
5. Experience in selecting and delivering cloud-based solutions, and adopting and driving technology innovation
6. Experience of architecting solutions in a governed and regulated environment
