What you will do in your working day
* Support the business with day to day administration task.
* Support payroll.
* Answer incoming calls.
* Assist with candidate bookings/ roastering.
* Create weekly/ monthly reports on business performance.
* Manage candidate compliance and documentation.
* Manage office inventory.
* Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spread sheets and databases.
* Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
* Managing budgets.
* Support with business social media and newsletters.
* Booking meetings/ and attending meetings with clients.
* Supporting recruitment of candidates.
The training you will be getting
* This apprenticeship standard is at Level 3.
* Training will be done in Huldra Recruitment Head Office. Maylands Business Centre, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 7ES.
* Level 3 Business Administrator qualification
