The Exams Officer role is responsible for assisting with online exam systems to ensure that full compliance of exam conditions and requirements are adhered to. Additionally, this individual will be the first point of call within the team for candidate or customer queries around our operational processes. Key Responsibilities Administering the provision of exam papers to centres and EPA customers in line with TQUK procedure. Undertaking remote invigilation of exams taken by learners on TQUK’s remote exams system. Marking exams and sending out results. Handle incoming enquiries relating to TQUK’s operational processes. Create effective interactions with customers across various platforms, including email, online chat, social media, and telephone. Provide technical support to apprentices who are undertaking TQUK exams. Maintaining spreadsheet records of assessment data for reporting and planning purposes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer queries, fostering a seamless customer journey. Monitoring exam distribution. Act as a liaison and quality control administrator that is focused on ensuring exam bookings are recorded and data is reviewed and maintained. Reporting on maladministration/malpractice from centres and learners. Other Responsibilities Managing customer queries and assigned inbox. Develop and maintain an understanding of TQUK internal processes and the wider educational landscape. Effectively troubleshoot and answer customer queries, seeking appropriate solutions and liaising with other departments to ensure customer support is delivered to the highest standard. Maintain in-depth knowledge of TQUK products and services. Contribute to the development and improvement of the customer service knowledge base, ensuring relevant and up-to-date information is available. Ad-hoc admin duties, as required. Provide support to the Customer Service Team and wider departments. Provide effective call handling day-to-day Key R equirements Competent with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and SharePoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers and conveying information clearly and professionally. Strong customer service skills are vital. Must possess strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Detail orientated. Computer Proficiency and experience with CRM systems.
