Oversee contract reviews, document processes, and ensure continuous service improvement. Are you the ideal candidate? A proven track-record of Customer Success in a technology / software company. Deep knowledge and expertise in the Maritime industry. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills in English. Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
