Are you ready to join our team? As a leader in the aerospace industry, we have several exciting positions available right now, including a Human Resources Business Partner. The successful candidate can expect to immerse themselves in the business to understand how it works, where it is going, and how they can best support teams.
They will be curious to understand business challenges and keen to lean in with thought-provoking questions and share new ideas. Using their HR knowledge and industry experience, the HR BP will turn the People Strategy into tangible actions that support business performance and employee engagement. They will partner with other functions of the HR operating model including our Centres of Excellence teams to provide leadership and support in the execution of HR related projects such as workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent development.
To be successful in this role, the HRBP must foster meaningful relationships with key people in the business and other HR teams in the organization. Skills in relationship building and influencing are essential. The HRBP will need to be able to use data, metrics and evidence to inform and drive decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement/Deploy workforce plans that ensure future business success.
2. Drive the Workforce Planning cadence to strengthen the talent management process in support of the business, identifying, developing and building strong talent pipelines.
3. Be a trusted ‘critical friend’ and coach to business leaders.
4. Question and challenge others to get to the root of people and business issues.
5. Provide insight and guidance to leaders on organisational design, workforce trends and change management best practices.
6. Be an active member of the Campus HR team to develop diversity and inclusion practices in support of strengthening a one-site Campus Culture and sense of belonging.
7. Develop and implement a diverse range of initiatives to enhance Employee Engagement and overall employee experience.
8. Use evidence and data to identify people priorities for the business and address future workforce needs.

What you need to succeed:
Essential Criteria:
1. Have a minimum of 3 years’ working experience in a comparable HR Business partner role.
2. A creative mind-set with the ability to challenge the norm to generate new ideas.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
4. Hold a minimum of third level qualification in a relevant discipline e.g. HNC, HND or Degree or equivalent business experience.
5. Hold a minimum CIPD Level 5 Qualification.
6. Be someone who is curious, kind and understands the importance of rolling your sleeves up.
Desirable Criteria:
1. Experience in training and leadership development facilitation.
2. Experience of working within any of the following environments: Manufacturing, Aerospace, Engineering, Distribution, Energy, Utilities, logistics, and Construction.
