ITSM Analyst
Location: Watford
Work Pattern: Hybrid - 2/3 days on site
Salary: £40,000-£50,000
Bonus: 26 Days Holiday + BH, 4.5% Pension (matched up to 8.5%), Private Health Care, Dental Scheme, Eye Care Scheme + more
Role Purpose:
To join a company who are in the amidst of a huge ongoing project. They are seeking an IT Professional who has experience in Incident & Problem Analysis. This role will involve a huge step up to the manage the business and technical incidents and high priority problems to resolution to ensure minimal impact to the business.
Role Responsibilities:
* Manage business and technical incidents and high priority problems to resolution to ensure minimal impact to the business.
* Analyse incidents and problems, identify trends and develop working practices and resolutions to minimise the risk of recurring issues.
* Coordinate and manage resources and cross functional teams from all areas of the business as required to resolve issues.
* Communicate and work proactively with wider business stakeholders.
* Keep policies and processes updated and accurate
* Work with the wider Project Teams on Continual Service Improvement
Key Skills and Experience:
* Experience of working with incident management, identifying root causes, advising on solutions and remedial actions, during and after a major incident
* Understanding of Knowledge Base Management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong Stakeholder Management
