We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our Agile Product Development Team. In this role, you will play a key part in understanding and executing both tactical day-to-day requirements and supporting the evolution, maintenance, and governance of our online lead management products. You will work closely with OEMs and dealers to ensure their e-Lead needs are effectively met.
As the Senior Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, categorizing, and prioritizing business requirements, always keeping OEM and dealer needs in mind. You will also serve as a liaison between various internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the strategic direction and continuous improvement of our products.
Responsibilities:
1. Bridging the gap between the specific skill sets of product management and the development teams
2. Working with teams in different time zones
3. Liaising with external business and technical stakeholders to determine technical requirements and resolve issues
4. Keeping up to date with system integration methods and best practices
5. Creating and analyzing technical specification documents and documenting business requirements and user stories
6. Creating and executing test scripts for functional and non-functional requirements
7. Help manage backlog and set priorities
8. Preparing internal and external communication/messaging re new releases
9. Providing direction/validation to client messaging for sales and front-line support teams and other team members as necessary
10. Assess the impact of enhancements and changes across a multi-platform product suite as well as individual OEMs and dealers
11. Reviewing and understanding integration specs from external partners
12. Setting up and configuring Integrations in test and production environments
13. Learning and understanding existing integration patterns and how they can be used to meet the needs of our clients. And identify gaps and alternatives
14. Organise and run meetings to test APIs with external partners
15. Other tasks and duties as assigned
Skills:
1. Maintain a high level of productivity while working remotely

7. Must understand the automotive industry (dealers and OEM)

9. Ability to negotiate technical and business solutions as well as timelines with 3rd parties
10. Must understand common API patterns and how it can be leveraged

14. Ability to use postman to validate/test APIs
15. Able to effectively communicate with technical and application delivery teams
16. The ability to build JSON and XML payloads
