About the role; As Director, you will lead the evolved PwC Professional program, focusing on strategic planning, programme management, and stakeholder engagement to drive impactful outcomes that support our culture transformation, growth and operational efficiency. The role is critical for the successful execution of our strategic initiatives, providing the necessary leadership and expertise to ensure that priority areas in Culture & Talent are delivered effectively and aligned with our business strategy. You will be an outcome-oriented and systems thinker who understands our business model and the breadth and depth of our network. Youl will lead strategic priorities and projects across the Global Human Capital function and contribute to broader thought leadership. What your days will look like; Strategic Planning Sessions: Engage in meetings with senior leadership to outline and refine strategic plans for the PwC Professional program, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and culture transformation goals. Program Management Oversight: Oversee day-to-day management of the program, including monitoring progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet project milestones. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to gather insights, provide updates, and foster collaboration to drive the success of strategic initiatives. Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, empowering them to contribute effectively to Culture & Talent projects and initiatives. Outcome Evaluation and Reporting: Analyze program outcomes and prepare reports to assess the impact of initiatives on culture transformation, operational efficiency, and growth, making data-driven recommendations for improvements. Thought Leadership Development: Contribute to thought leadership activities by researching and developing insights into emerging trends in human capital and organizational culture, sharing findings with the broader Global Human Capital function. You are recognized for deep technical proficiency and the ability to act as the focal point for resolving complex issues within the global network.
