Registered Manager – Therapeutic Residential Children’s Home
Location: Surrey / London Borders
Salary: Exp Reg Manager - £60,000 to £80,000 / Dep Manager stepping up - £50,000 to £60,000.
Contract: Full-time, permanent

About the Role
As the Registered Manager for this therapeutic residential children’s home, you will:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment.
* Lead and manage a dedicated team, fostering professional development and a cohesive work culture.
* Implement and uphold safeguarding procedures, promoting the well-being of children in your care.
* Develop and execute care plans tailored to the needs of each child.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including the Children’s Homes (2015) England Regulations and Care Standards.
* Drive the success of the Ofsted registration process and maintain excellent standards in line with their framework.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
* Have at least 2 years of experience in a children’s residential care management role within the last 5 years.
* Hold a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (or be willing to achieve this).
* Possess a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
* Demonstrate excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
* Be passionate about creating positive outcomes for young people.
