Information Services Group/People & Money Service
Full time: 35 hours per week
Fixed-term: two until 30.11.25 and two until 31.07.26
Number of vacancies: 4 (4.00 FTE)
What the job involves:
Delivering and maintaining the configuration and defect analysis and resolution of the People & Money system as directed by People & Money Partners and Lead Partners.
Support People & Money Partners and Lead Partners to deliver system update projects and continuous improvement across HR, Payroll & Finance
Provide Business Analysis skills and expertise to support functional design and documentation.
Support the upgrade to the new Oracle Redwood user experience – analysing changes delivered by this upgrade and implementing screen design changes
Working closely with People & Money Partners, Lead Partners and People & Money Test Team to support test analysis and execution.
Successful candidates will be able to work on and off campus to suit their role, work commitments and personal circumstances. We expect candidates to spend a minimum of 1 day per week in our office in central Edinburgh.
A bit about you:
Successful candidates will have experience of delivering HR, Research or Finance processes in Oracle Fusion.
Strong business analysis skills and ability to work to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment are key.
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience of implementing or supporting an HR or Finance system is highly desirable.
Experience of defect management tools including JIRA is desirable.
Experience of implementation of Oracle Redwood and/or use of Oracle Visual Builder Studio or similar tools is desirable.
