Job Description
The successful candidate will assist with the development and implementation of the Association's policies, procedures and strategies for tenant participation and tenancy sustainment.
You will have an excellent understanding of current housing issues, the risks to tenancy sustainment and a strong commitment to tenant engagement and support. Alongside this, you will have a broad understanding of welfare benefits, rental income challenges and trauma-informed practices.
We expect the post holder to assist with creating new ways for the Association and tenants to engage effectively.
Excellent IT and communication skills will be required, and you will have the ability to foster and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, customers and external agencies.
You will be highly organised and able to plan tasks and workload on your own initiative and can lead a team including our Energy Advice Service and Tenant Adviser.
