If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead our BTEC Level 3 program in Sports Coaching & Development, with a focus on football coaching. You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons that equip students with the skills and knowledge to excel in the sports industry. Additionally, you’ll provide hands-on football coaching sessions, creating an exciting and motivating environment for young athletes. The candidate will work with Level 3 students to support them to complete BTEC Level 3 Sports Coaching & Development qualification. The role will require the Course Leader to undertake interviews with prospective students on a weekly basis, alongside occasional weekend work for recruitment events. The successful candidate will be focused, hard-working, flexible, and willing to learn, alongside being able to work as a team and have the ability to communicate clearly. About you: Our ideal candidate is a dedicated, enthusiastic sports professional who has the right mix of teaching expertise, football coaching experience, and a drive to inspire. You’ll be a team player, comfortable in both the classroom and on the field, and committed to supporting each student’s growth and success. Qualifications: A degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant subject area. Coaching Qualification: UEFA C License (or equivalent) or higher. Literacy and Numeracy qualifications at level 2 or above. Knowledge and Experience Football Coaching Experience Proven background in football coaching, with the ability to inspire and develop young players Driving License: Ability to drive a minibus is highly desirable Organisational Skills: Strong planning, time management, and administrative skills. Communication Skills: Clear, engaging communication and an ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds.
