Overview of the Role On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to deliver best-in-class service to their B2B retailers and D2C consumers. This hybrid role, based in Harwell, Oxfordshire, requires a driven individual who excels in resolving customer queries, managing orders, and liaising with multiple teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Customer Support : Handle pre- and post-order queries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency. Order Management : Process customer orders across multiple systems, conduct daily order checks, and resolve discrepancies. Returns Handling : Manage website returns and credits, ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer journey. Fraud Monitoring : Perform daily fraud checks and take appropriate action when needed. Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels and address potential issues to prevent order delays. Team Collaboration : Coordinate with Area Managers and cross-functional teams to support operational goals. Technical Proficiency : Use tools like SAP and Salesforce to optimise workflows and resolve customer queries effectively. Key Requirements Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a track record of maintaining quality and productivity. Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills. Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and spoken). Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
