About the Role As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you'll be a key player in a dynamic sales team, helping drive business growth and delivering outstanding service to buyers and sellers alike. Key Responsibilities: Assist in achieving branch sales targets. Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into viewings or market appraisals. Follow up with potential buyers to gather feedback and encourage offers. Maintain strong communication with vendors and buyers, providing regular updates. Conduct sales progressions by liaising with solicitors, buyers, and sellers. Support with sales administration, including property listings, compliance checks, marketing materials, and key management. Ensure full compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Maintain accurate client records and identify new business opportunities. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Negotiator or similar role. Target-driven approach with a strong work ethic. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organised, professional, and customer-focused.
