IMH Recruitment are currently looking for a Service Controller to work within our planning team at Construction Services. You will need excellent communication skills and must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment!
You will initially be based at Carlton depot with the possibility of moving to work from home once trained. You may be required to cover a 5pm finish on a rota basis and remain flexible with your working hours, including overtime where applicable.
To assist in the development and implementation of good working practices in line with Berneslai Homes Health & Safety and Equality & Diversity policies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. To schedule and dispatch work electronically to individual craft operatives of construction services.
2. To contribute to the overall management of construction services.
3. To ensure efficient, economic, safe, customer-focused, and high-quality service to all clients.
