We are looking for a Primary School Admin Assistant to join our friendly team at friendly Primary School in Bootle About the Role: As a Primary School Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school’s administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include: Providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff. Managing phone calls, emails, and general enquiries. Assisting with student admissions, attendance records, and data entry. Supporting the leadership team with administrative tasks and correspondence. Ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively to support our school community. What We’re Looking For: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and SIMS (or similar school programmes) A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
