JOB ROLE

By providing our customers with stand out support and product knowledge you will be driving forward our customer service offering and relationship building with our client base.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Day to day:
* Main point of contact for external clearance partner websites.
* Manage and pull together stock and pricing offers for host partners.
* Involved with warehouse and logistics team to coordinate stock deliveries to partners.
* Work within house finance team to Invoice external partners for sales, manage payments.
* Working with the Global Merchandising Director to onboard new partners.
* Onboarding of wholesale and marketplace accounts
* Help lead and manage key international wholesale accounts
* Plan and manage trading calendar for clearance and outlet channels.
* Co-ordinate and manage external sample sales.
* Manage end of line product, including clearance of old stock to external partners.
* Main point of contact for Outlet stores.
* Work closely with Outlet store managers and Heads of Retail Trading to deliver a considered stock package reflective of the brands Prime stores.
* Plan trading calendar for outlet stores with store managers and Heads of Retail Trading.
* Forecasting stock requirements a category and line level.
* Planning MFO stock and working with core merchandising and buying teams to deliver stock packages at relevant times for Outlets.
* Stock and data management
Trading:
* Regular analysis of outlet store performance to maximise sales, margin and sell through.
* Trading online partner sites, reviewing performance with external teams to maximise clearance and margin opportunities.
* Reviewing partner performance to identify new opportunities for stock clearance.
Reporting
* Creates, produces and maintains all internal reporting related to Outlets and Clearance channels.
Markdowns & Promotions
* Responsible for Markdown and Promotional proposals, analysis and uploads for Outlet stores.
* Manages pricing and promotional strategy for external Outlet/Clearance partners.
Leadership
* Developing and building strong relationships across departments within the brand in all levels.
WHO YOU ARE
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills.
* Advanced Excel Skills.
* Experience working with outlet and clearance stock preferable.
* Experience working with online clearance websites preferable.
* Good problem-solving skills.
* Highly organised and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
* Strong commercial aptitude with good understanding of premium retailers and the high street.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with good attention to detail.
