Role Overview: This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join a dynamic team and gain hands-on experience across a variety of civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of project delivery, from planning and design to site execution and completion. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with project planning, design, and execution. Supporting senior engineers in site management and ensuring project deadlines are met. Conducting site inspections and surveys. Assisting with technical reports and documentation. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders. Gaining exposure to a wide range of civil engineering disciplines, including highways, infrastructure, and flood defence. Requirements: A minimum 2:1 degree in Civil Engineering (or expected to graduate with this qualification). Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Enthusiasm to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant engineering software (preferred but not essential).
