About the Role:
You will play an integral role in ensuring the Workforce Consultants journey with Robert Walters is a positive experience. You will manage a population of WFC’s and be the main point of contact for your employees throughout their career. You will be interacting with our clients' hiring manager community as well as the onsite account teams to maximise the WFC solutions service delivery.
Who you are:
* Support WFC to perform as efficient and effective as possible whilst on client assignment via welfare support, outlining expectations and communication with client line manager.
* Manage redeployment, exit, and assignment extension process ensuring clear and concise communication with all stakeholders.
* First point of contact for any HR, salary, and welfare queries for both WFC and client.
* Review and advise on training to continuously improve their skills and capability by creating learner journeys for WFCs.
* Engage with Hiring Managers through the performance review process and any skills gaps are addressed.
* Offer “white glove” service management to WFC taking into consideration the needs of each individual whether that be experienced, junior, or neurodiverse.
* Liaising with WFCs and hiring managers to resolve ad-hoc queries.
* Onboard, induct, and support WFC ready for day 1 of assignment.
* Conduct performance reviews with WFC and hiring managers ensuring all scores and feedback are communicated appropriately.
* Manage poor performing staff via performance improvement plans.
* Build a sense of belonging to Robert Walters with the WFC population through communication of our employee groups, charity programmes, benefits, and social events.
* In conjunction with marketing, support the organisation of community and social events to increase engagement.
* Work with RW HR to manage WFCs appropriately, keeping up to date with employment law and RW policies and procedures.
* Work with delivery and coordination teams so all relevant systems are up to date in real time.
* Assist with role qualification and promotion of the benefits of WFC’s to client Hiring Managers.
* Develop new opportunities, nurture and grow existing customer relationships becoming a key contributor to capturing new leads.
* Act as a key point of contact to liaise between delivery, candidate, and account teams ensuring excellent candidate experience.
* Ensure all candidate interactions reflect the Robert Walters brand and values.
* Ensure all administration procedures and processes are fully documented for the internal WFC/on-site teams.
* Initiate improvements in systems and processes.
* Work to set time frames for daily and weekly deadlines and have attention to detail.
* Identify key ambassadors within the WFC community population who will support engagement, retention, and new ideas to our service.
* The requirements of this role may change over time and staff are required to comply with all such reasonable changes.
