To provide Nursing leadership to all Bank Nurses, HCAs and related AHPs providing flexible shifts into the Trust. To support the recruitment of flexible workers to the bank serviceTo work with the learning and development service to ensure a flexible nursing and HCA workforce that is compliant with all training requirements.To fully investigate all complaints regarding flexible workers on the bank, in a person-centred and compassionate way.To ensure timely response to all complaints made in relation to the bank service.To ensure the production of and adherence to clinical procedure and policy as appropriate. The post holder will be an NMC registered nurse who will support the delivery of nursing care to patients, in line with specific standards within a given environment. The post holder will offer support to flexible workers through excellent leadership and management skills and professional nursing expertise.
