They are looking for a Senior Manager - HR Solutions Architect Consultant to be part of a rapidly growing team, working within key projects assignments in Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors.

Primary skills and experience required:
Must be eligible for SC Clearance
Proven experience leading SAP SuccessFactors (or similar i.e. Oracle HCM or Workday) and HR Technology solution design aspects as part of wider HR Transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
Experience working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background with proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
Delivered 5 full lifecycle experience SAP SuccessFactors implementations or similar (Oracle HCM and / or Workday) as a HR Tech consultant and / or Solution Architect.
Experience of sales, capability and proposition building and delivery.
SAP SuccessFactors certifications (desirable).
