In this role The helpdesk Administrator/ is responsible for managing the CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) system, ensuring its optimal performance and usability across the organisation. This role involves system administration, training, data management, reporting, and troubleshooting. The CAFM Administrator will act as the central point of contact for system-related issues and ensure that all stakeholders are proficient in using the platform. The ideal candidate will live commutable to Enfield, have experience in a FM helpdesk role and ideally have Planon experience. This is a great role for a Helpdesk administrator to join a leading public sector organisation where your skills will be highly valued and utilised. The role: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00. Full training provided. Oversee the daily operation and functionality of the CAFM system (e.g., Planon, IDOX, etc.). Manage user profiles, permissions, and roles to ensure correct access levels. Configure and update the system in line with changing business needs, such as new assets, maintenance schedules, and workflows. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues, liaising with IT and software providers as necessary. Maintain up-to-date asset, maintenance, and facilities data within the system. Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing and cleansing the system's records.
