Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a full-time permanent basis at their site in Northallerton.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, typical duties will include:
1. Inputting invoices
2. Matching, batching and coding
3. Reconciliations
4. Preparing payment runs
5. Dealing with supplier queries
6. Maintaining accurate records
7. Ad hoc accounts administration
Experience/skills required:
1. Recent experience in an accounts payable/purchase ledger role
2. Good attention to detail
3. Ability to work to deadlines
4. Strong IT skills - intermediate Excel
