You will generate reports, deal with email queries and bills of lading, create and issue shipping instructions and much more throughout your day. What you will be doing: Key Responsibilities: • Issuance of bill of lading instructions to various stakeholders, chase all draft and original bills of ladings from shipping lines and ensure compliant to requirements. • Update in house systems to ensure records are kept up to date About you: • The ability to be meticulous and consistent with close attention to detail. • Delivering high quality work to very strict deadlines; prioritising and managing expectations of internal and external customers. • Flexible and adaptable with a 'can do’ attitude • Individuals who can work to deadlines and be prepared to adapt according to business priorities. • A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Computer skills - Microsoft Excel required Who we are: ‘Our purpose is to create a future where the materials we use don’t need to be extracted from the planet.’ At EMR, we give new life to unwanted materials.
