If so, we want to hear from you About the Role As a Stoma Care Nurse at UHL, you will deliver expert care to patients with or requiring stomas within the hospital setting. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement individualized care, while also providing vital education and guidance to hospital staff. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional care to patients with stomas or fistulas. Act as a patient advocate, offering support and information to empower informed decision-making. Liaise with hospital, community, and continuing care teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Offer expert advice, training, and resources to nursing staff. Maintain accurate records and adhere to best practices. Drive quality improvements through auditing and review. What We’re Looking For: NMC registration with proven post-registration experience. Background in stoma or colorectal care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commercial awareness and IT proficiency (including Excel). Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
