Brand & Sponsorship Executive We’re looking for a Brand & Sponsorship Executive to join our Sky Bet Marketing team at Sky Betting & Gaming – part of Flutter UK & Ireland. This is a newly crafted and exciting opportunity to play a part in shaping the direction of the Sky Bet brand and ensuring our ‘fan first’ brand proposition is lived through every single touch point, to improve the fan experience through betting and beyond. You will support in the creation and execution of Sky Bet’s marketing campaigns and fuel fandom across key events such as the start of the new football season, Cheltenham and many more. You will also play a meaningful role in the activation of Sky Bet’s sponsorship portfolio, including the title sponsorship of the English Football League (EFL) and the Play-Off Finals at Wembley. What you’ll do: Work closely with the Senior Brand Manager and Sponsorship Manager, our Creative agencies, sponsorship partners and other internal teams and external collaborators with the development and execution of activity across a range of campaigns and projects. Have a strong understanding of the brand, using this knowledge to provide brand guardianship and guidance to internal teams. Support in developing insight-led brand briefs, that underpin commercial and marketing objectives. Support in the development of creative projects including brief writing, proof approvals and handling feedback Assist in the organisation of sponsorship events (planning and logistics) which will require working outside usual business hours to assist with major events. Work alongside research and commercial teams to understand the impact of our brand activity on customer perceptions and betting behaviour. Track and review wider brand activity in and out of category to ensure we’re on the front foot with innovation and distinctiveness. How you’ll do it: Lead multiple projects at one time, with strong project management, time management and organisation skills in order to hit deadlines. Be comfortable and confident using data and insight to help guide decisions and thinking, with the approach of having the fans at the heart of everything we do as a brand. You will have excellent attention to detail - this role has a key focus on quality control and adherence to brand guidelines. Be personable and keen to form relationships with colleagues and external team members. Strong communication skills and ability to share updates to wider teams and senior collaborators.
