Are you passionate about digital transformation and design innovation?
We’re looking for a Design Assurance Manager to become a vital part of our Engineering team. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between our Design Team and IT & Digital departments, driving cutting-edge digital initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Digital Transformation: Spearhead initiatives integrating Power Apps, AI tools, and more to revolutionize our design processes.
* Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Collaborate with our BI department to create insightful Power BI reports that inform key decisions.
* Innovate Design Processes: Stay ahead of the curve by continuously seeking new technologies and methodologies to enhance design quality and efficiency.
* Engage with Stakeholders: Build strong partnerships across departments, ensuring alignment and buy-in for new digital strategies.
* Enhance Customer Experience: Leverage data to propose solutions that maximize Right-First-Time design outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
* Strong telecoms industry knowledge, especially in telecoms infrastructure site design.
* Experience in analyzing data to drive actionable insights.
* HND or higher in M&E Engineering, Electronic, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, CAD, Product Development, or a similar field.
Desired:
* Experience in digital transformation projects.
* IT qualifications or continual improvement certifications like Six Sigma.
