Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Advisor/Specialist to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for lower-grade roles, ensuring a streamlined, efficient process from initial job posting through to candidate onboarding. This is a hands-on role focused on the transactional elements of recruitment, including advertising vacancies, coordinating interviews, and managing offers, all while delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for lower-grade roles, ensuring all stages from vacancy advertising through to offer acceptance are completed in a timely and professional manner.
2. Create and place job adverts on relevant platforms, ensuring they are accurate, engaging, and reflect the company’s brand and values.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring effective communication and a positive experience for all parties.
4. Provide hiring managers with support throughout the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview preparation, and feedback collection.
5. Manage candidate communication, ensuring timely responses and clear updates are given throughout the process, from initial contact to post-offer stage.
6. Conduct reference checks and assist with offer management, ensuring all required documentation is completed correctly and in compliance with company policies.
7. Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate records are kept for reporting and compliance purposes.
8. Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on recruitment progress, challenges, and solutions.
9. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, bringing fresh ideas to streamline operations and enhance the recruitment experience.
About You:
1. Proven experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on high-volume or transactional hiring in an in-house or agency setting.
2. Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
4. A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage candidate data accurately and confidentially.
5. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is desirable, but not essential.
7. Problem-solving mindset, able to adapt to changing priorities and recruitment demands.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a tangible impact within a dynamic and fast-moving environment. If you’re an experienced recruiter with a passion for delivering a high-quality candidate experience, we’d love to hear from you!
