Job Overview
Team of Personal Assistants required to provide social care support for a physically disabled individual in his late 20s, living in the Newton Aycliffe area.
This individual has a masters degree in music and has a huge passion for all things music, including leading and performing in his own band, writing music, and being active in the North East live music scene.
Overall, he is an extremely outgoing individual making the most out of life. He enjoys going to the cinema, exploring new places, and attending music concerts/festivals. The potential of adventure with this individual is limitless and is a rewarding experience for both him and his Personal Assistants.
Responsibilities
1. Support and join the individual on his adventures.
2. Assist with personal care as needed.
Requirements
The successful applicants will need to have a full driving licence and be able to drive a manual wheelchair accessible vehicle.
Experience and training are not essential as training will be provided as progression is made within the role.
A DBS may be required; the cost will be met by the employer.
Various roles and hours will be available and will be discussed at the interview.
